Guests enjoy a restaurant, a bar, 2 swimming pools, a fitness center, a games room, and a day spa.
The pool bar does not have set operating hours and closed when it was full of people on one particular day of our stay.
It’s also not consistent with my experience at other peppers properties. In a beautiful, airy penthouse or apartment you will be accommodated in style.

    We do have many different room types in many locations throughout the resort most of which have completed refurbishment including new sofas, carpet, fresh paintwork, paintings, biggers tv's etc.

    Best way I can describe it is that the staff I dealt with somehow struck that delicate balance between the professionalism and efficiency you expect when travelling on business and staying at business hotels, with the relaxed and warm and "here to help" you want from a holiday. Whilst doing so we were surprised to find thick dust, built up over many months behind the TV unit, this then in turn made me take a loser inspection of the room.

    I have followed up with our staff members on the front desk who identified one of our new staff members getting the room wrong on check in- we have since used this as a valuable training tool and we apologise again for the inconvenience caused.

Due to Covid, the breakfast buffet is no longer and you will get a 3 course breakfast that after 7 days becomes a bit repetitive also any extras ( say, mushrooms) will be charged to your room.     The staff did kindly move us the following day to a room that was cleaner but it was located opposite reception and was a dark dungeon.     Drawing flavours from local ingredients, Matt knows how to please a crowd with delicious dishes. Fabulous location, great breakfast, friendly staff but average rooms and lack of cleanliness. TV not working properly and check in was delayed due to fridge being fixed - both fixed before check out although based also on previous stays, regular proactive maintenance would avoid little issues. We never found fresh pool towels.
    For Noosa accommodation that’s world-class visit Peppers Noosa Resort & Villas. I have stayed many times at Peppers Noosa and have always found the staff to be pretty good.
