Ron Rosenblat
Representation of multiple German landlords including a German REIT, representation of Czech shopping center developer for US restaurant concepts and speaker at multiple German retail real estate conferences.
He has provided consultation to Morton's, Chart House, Johnny Rockets, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and Showscan Entertainment in regard to their expansion plans for Germany, Israel, Poland, Czech Republic and Central and Eastern Europe.
He was a co-founder and partner of Garrick-Aug Worldwide a global consultation company with an office in Paris and contracted worldwide affiliations.
In 2011 GlobalKoncepts, LLC was formed; the mandate being the importation and exportation of retail and food service brands globally via license, franchise and/or joint venture.
Mark H. Brown
Founded Mark H. Brown & Associates (MHBA) in 1998 as a retail real estate consulting firm representing premiere specialty retailers and food service operators throughout the U.S. and Puerto Rico. MHBA has provided real estate consulting services to both public and private retail companies such as Bakers Footwear Group, dELiA*s and Mary Engelbreit Company as well as numerous Franchisees of The Athlete’s Foot, Johnny Rockets, Luciano’s Ristorante, Oil & Vinegar and Flip Flop Shops. Since its founding, MHBA has provided real estate consulting services to over 50 clients throughout the U.S. and Puerto Rico.
Prior to founding MHBA, he served in executive real estate positions over a 10 year period at Edison Brothers Stores with his last appointment as Senior VP- Real Estate and Construction reporting directly to the Chairman/CEO. At its height, Edison Brothers operated with over 2,100 stores in malls, strip centers, street, CBD and freestanding locations in the fashion, shoe, food and entertainment categories throughout the U.S., Mexico, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands.
He served as Vice President- Real Estate at Gordon Jewelry Corp. from 1985-1989 reporting directly to President/CEO. Gordon Jewelry was the second-largest jewelry chain in the U.S. with over 450 stores. He also worked at Merry Go Round Enterprises as Leasing Representative from 1982-1985 and started his career in real estate at Walden Book Company in 1979.
